This page explains what Indusvora collects, why, and how to have it removed. Written to be readable, not to hide behind legal wording.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry we store the name, company, email, phone, country, brand, model, quantity, message, interface language, the page you sent it from, and the campaign tags of the visit that led to it (if any). The server also stores a one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself — so that abuse can be rate limited.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your request, prepare an offer and keep a record of what was agreed. We do not sell data, do not build advertising profiles and do not send newsletters without a separate explicit request.

Campaign tags (UTM)

If you arrive from an advertising link, the utm_* tags in that link and the domain that referred you are stored in your browser for up to 90 days. They are attached to an inquiry only if you send one, so we can tell which campaign produced which request. There is no cross-site tracking, no cookie and no profile of your browsing.

Analytics

Yandex Metrica loads only after you press "Allow analytics". Without consent no analytics script is requested at all. Declining does not limit any part of the site.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept while a commercial relationship is active and afterwards for the period required by accounting rules. Deletion can be requested at any time.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to us and we confirm in writing.

Storage keys

Before you consent to analytics, three keys are used in your browser: your language choice, your analytics decision, and — only if you arrived through a tagged advertising link — the campaign tags described above. None of them is a tracking cookie, none is shared with a third party, and the first two are the only ones read when you open the site again.

To exercise any of these rights, use the contact details on the contact page. Every inquiry submitted through the form is stored on this site's own server and is delivered to the operator of the site — no third-party CRM or mailing list receives it.
